Terms of use

These terms cover your use of FinalSet (finalset.fit). By creating an account or using the app you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use FinalSet.

What FinalSet is

A training tool for HYROX and hybrid athletes: programs, a session logger, an AI coach, race predictions and a race results lookup. FinalSet is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by HYROX. “HYROX” is a trademark of its owner.

Training at your own risk

FinalSet gives general training information, not medical advice. Check with a doctor before starting a new training program, especially if you have an injury or health condition. Stop and get help if something hurts. You decide what you train and how hard, and you are responsible for doing it safely.

The AI coach and predictions

The coach’s replies and programs are generated by an AI model and can be wrong, incomplete or unsuited to you. Treat them as suggestions and use your own judgement. Race predictions are estimates built from your logged history, not a promise of a finish time. Coach use is subject to limits that we may change.

Race results

Race results come from the public HYROX results site. We show them as published and can’t guarantee they’re accurate or complete.

Your account

• You need to be at least 16 to use FinalSet.
• Give accurate sign-up details and keep your password to yourself.
• One account per person. You’re responsible for what happens under yours.

Your data

What you log stays yours. You let us store and process it only to run FinalSet for you, as described in our privacy policy.

Fair use

Please don’t:

• try to get around usage limits or access other people’s data;
• scrape the app or overload it with automated requests;
• use FinalSet for anything unlawful, or to create harmful content with the coach.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

The service

FinalSet is currently free. We provide it “as is” and may change, pause or stop features, or the whole service, at any time. If we plan to shut it down, we’ll try to give you notice and a way to get your data.

Liability

As far as the law allows, FinalSet is not liable for injury, loss of data or any indirect loss arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.

Ending

You can stop using FinalSet at any time and delete your account from Settings, or by emailing finalset.support@gmail.com.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use FinalSet after a change means you accept it. Questions go to finalset.support@gmail.com.
